Rails describe ownership, scope, and durable state. They do not move when the work inside them changes.

Motion explains a transition.

A signal may enter, resolve, or escalate. Animation is reserved for that change of state—not atmosphere alone.

03Judgment

Evidence gets quiet space.

The system slows down around decisions. Typography, contrast, and spacing make human intervention explicit.
